The video conference is the main channel of communication used during rufae meetings. All participants are at all times able to see and hear each other.

Polycom Hosts

The main videoconferencing unit used by several members is a Polycom ViewStation FX. User manuals and software updates are available at the Polycom ViewStation FX support site.
